  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Absolutely! To place an order to a location outside of the United States of America, please send an email to info@enterphantasmagoria.com and include your full name, address, phone number, and the item you are interested in purchasing. We will respond with an invoice within 24 hours with a correct shipping quote.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    After your order is placed, it will be packed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding major holidays). All orders are shipped standard as USPS First Class Mail/ Ground Advantage which has a typical estimated deliver window of 3-5 days. Typically, you should receive your item in about 7 days or less after you make your purchase.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Absolutely! If you need your order rushed as a last-minute gift or for any other reason, we can work with you to make that happen. Just send an email to info@enterphantasmagoria.com and include your full name, phone number, address, the item you are interested in, and how quickly you need it. We will respond with an invoice quoting an expedited shipping fee to fit your needs.
  • The item I want isn't in stock. Will you list another one?
    It's definitely possible. If you have your eye on something that is sold out, send an email to info@enterphantasmagoria.com to be added to our client list. Include your name, phone number, and the item you're looking for. If we locate another one, we will contact you first prior to listing it on the site!
  • Do you buy or trade items?
    Absolutely! If you have something odd and unusual, send an email to info@enterphantasmagoria.com with pictures of your item and name your price. We also consider trades.
